CALL.

The focus on calling acknowledges that we are each uniquely called and gifted to serve God and our communities in different ways. This could include exploring issues related to vocation, discernment, spiritual formation, and leadership development. By reflecting on our own callings and learning from the experiences of others, we can better understand how God is calling us to use our gifts and talents in the world.

CREATIVITY.

The focus on creativity celebrates the power of imagination and innovation to inspire and transform us. This could include exploring issues related to art, design, storytelling, music, and other forms of creative expression. By engaging with these forms of expression, we can tap into our own creativity and discover new ways to connect with and communicate theological ideas.

COLLABORATION.

The focus on collaboration recognizes that we are stronger and more effective when we work together. This could include exploring issues related to teamwork, partnership, and community-building. By learning from and collaborating with others, we can broaden our perspectives and discover new ways to address the challenges and opportunities facing our communities.

CULTURE.

The focus on culture recognizes the importance of understanding and engaging with the diverse cultural contexts in which we live, work, and worship. This could include exploring issues related to race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, language, and other forms of cultural identity and expression. By engaging with these issues, we can deepen our understanding of our own identities and contexts, as well as learn from and collaborate with others who come from different cultural backgrounds.
